Incredible Two Day Adventure with Lincoln Jabra – Highly Recommend!

点评：We had an unforgettable experience with Lincoln Jabra over two amazing days of exploring Ecuador’s natural and cultural treasures. From start to finish, Lincoln was punctual, professional, and an absolute pleasure to travel with.
On day one, Lincoln picked me up right on time from the Swissôtel in Quito and we set off for a scenic drive to Cotopaxi National Park. Along the way, he shared fascinating insights into Ecuador’s rich history, culture, and landscapes, his deep knowledge and excellent English truly brought the country to life. The highlight of the day was our hike to the José Rivas Refuge at 15,953 feet, which was both challenging and incredibly rewarding. Afterward, we stopped for a delicious seafood lunch at Rondador, a charming local restaurant with great food and atmosphere.
The next day, Lincoln guided my wife and me on another scenic drive to Mindo Cloud Forest, with thoughtful stops along the way. We started at Alambi Hummingbird Paradise where we watched dozens of vibrant hummingbirds up close, an unforgettable experience. From there, we visited the Tulipe Archaeological Site and Museum, where we learned about the ancient Yumbo civilization that predates the Incas. Museum guide only spoke Spanish and Lincoln's translation to English were thorough and engaging.
After a tasty lunch in town, we explored the Mindo Cloud Forest, including a hike to the Nambillo Waterfall, a ride on the Tarabita cable car, and a sweet ending with a chocolate tour at Yumbos Chocolate Factory. After more than 11 hours of exploring, Lincoln dropped us off at the Mariscal Sucre Quito International Airport for our midnight flight back to the US.
