点评:I booked gozo cab for my wife and 4 years old daughter to travel from Chandigarh to Rampur Bushahr on 23 dec 2024. The driver did not complete the trip and midway near shimla he denied to drive further due to weather conditions. That is understandable for me and my wife since the snow fall has started and he could have stuck in snow if he keep continuing the trip and would be more disaster for my wife and daughter. But the way GOZo responded on this situation made the whole experience scary.
First, when my wife called their support team to ask for modifications in the trip destination and to re calculate the bill, they did not responded for 30 minutes.
Second, when they responded after 30 minutes they did not take the matter seriously and asked to wait and keep giving different contact numbers for resolution and never called back.
Third, despite knowing that the passengers are a female and a child they let my wife and daughter wait in car in chilling cold weather, mid highway for more than 3 hours.
Lastly, Gozo never called back and never came up with resolution and after 3 hours my wife had to pay full amount to driver.
Ankita and Aharna from gozo doesn’t value their customer and should have given proper training how to deal with customer issues. Very bad experience they have provided.
I was a regular customer of gozo but now i will never use gozo and will not recommend to anyone.
