点评：This was my second time visiting Glenda for some training. This time I was there to learn about the silver jewellery making. The way things were adjusted to suit what I’d need for the industry I work in was perfect and Glenda’s patience and attention to detail is second to none.
She is just so lovely and explains things thoroughly, doesn’t make you feel as if you can’t ask questions or anything like that - everything felt so comfortable which made it certainly easier to remember everything I was being taught!
She follows up the day after your training with your guides and supplier lists to make sure you have everything you need, and is always checking in to see how business is going and offers tips and tricks of the trade.
I’m actually quite sad that I’ve completed all of her courses now as it means I won’t get to visit again!
