Lydgate Farms Kauai Chocolate的点评
点评：This tour was more than we could ask for we had such a great day and learned so much about the making of the Cacoa, about the farm, what all goes in to it! Who knew! They “hand” pollinate all their vanilla vines!!! We learned about the history of this fine chocolate, about other countries and that there is many differences in the making of different Caco’s, We learned about the Lydgate family, history and how this farm/family is trying to make a huge difference across the globe with chocolate and other workers who are not treated as well as workers here. The farm is VERY eco minded, everything on the farm is used in some way and goes back into the earth! The walk through the farm is beautiful and also informative. I highly recommend asking for a tour with our guide “Jenna”!! She was fun, funny, extremely informative and knew the answer to every question. She said she was the newest tour guide, but you could have fooled us!!! She was a bright lite on our day at the farm and made the rest of our day happy!!! She has a great spirit!!!! This s tour was awesome and one of the best days we had! We would definitely come again and you will miss out if you don’t do it!!
