点评：I was waiting for the 481 bus to head home, done it multiple times. When I saw it was coming I put my hand out for a few seconds then put it back down thinking he saw me. When he got to the stop he didn't stop so I put my hand out. When getting on he was very rude saying I needed to have my hand out as many buses came through that stop. I sat down and a few minutes later someone pressed the button to get off. He didn't end up stopping at their stop and when she said excuse me, he just laughed and said a small sorry. Then the next stop was mine, I pressed the button and got up ready to get off, when I saw he wasn't slowing down I pressed my card to tag, knowing it wouldn't work to get his attention, he then stopped after my stop, with no apology. He clearly doesn't know or realise when someone is wanting to get on or off of the bus. I think this is outrageous and they need to do a better job. This isn't the first time I have had someone be rude, miss my stop after I pressed the button or other people's stop. Please get this fixed and do better.
