I bought elite membership on December not knowing that the membership is automatically renewed. I got charged automatically the next month. This is the first time I made purchase from this company. Just upon the charge, I ask for refund, but they refused.
The result is that I got charged automatically without the intention of the purchase.
I reviewed the confirmation emails I received and the booking page of the website. There is nowhere mentioning auto renewal.
please be cautious to this kind of company - trapping you into the endless monthly renewal without giving you explicit notice anywhere, and refuse to refund your money until you do the cancelation. As expected, their cancelation page is obscure and like you throw a stone into the dark.
I am very much unhappy with these 2 purchases! And that's all I will do with SkyZone in my whole life. Not like any company play tricks with terms - not showing or even no fine print at all!
Also I found out the automatic charge through my credit card company. SkyZone has no email, no reminder and of course, these seem very well designed.
I believe there are more victims like me. Please share to others to avoid this company takes trouble to its customers again and again! We pay money to them even not wanted to consume any service from them any more.
