点评：I had a truly awful experience at Sky Zone and will never return. From the moment we arrived, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Not only was the customer service terrible, but we also experienced inappropriate behavior from one of the employees that bordered on harassment. When we tried to report it to a manager, we were brushed off and made to feel like we were overreacting.
The employees seem more interested in chatting with each other than doing their jobs or ensuring guest safety. The place was chaotic, unorganized, and no one seemed to be in charge. For a business that caters to families and children, this kind of behavior is unacceptable.
I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a safe and respectful environment. Sky Zone has a long way to go in terms of professionalism, safety, and basic customer service.
